Who are these guys?
The global recognized event that happens under a TEDx license and according to TED guidelines. In Blumenau, SC, the history of this event started in 2014 and it is organized by a group of passionate volunteers.
Where I have been trough: attendees curation, speakers curation and coaching. Nowadays, I work exclusively with the speakers coaching team.
What I have been doing here: I created the application form for speakers and attendees in the first editions of the event and took part in the speakers interviews. Currently, in the coaching team, I help some amazing people to prepare a great speech for the red carpet (writing, voice and body language included). Some speakers I have worked with: Thiago Rondon, Rafael Trabasso, Maynara Fanucci, Cristal Muniz, Luiz Fernando Roriz, Verônica Dudiman.

Who are these guys?
This NGO brings light to people and local communities that have no access to electric energy or live without any kind of light in their homes. There are Liter of Light units in more than 15 countries and 5 Brazilian regions.
Where I have been trough: I was Digital Marketing National Coordinator.
What I have done here: I was responsible for strategic planning for the online presence of the brand among with volunteers from 6 Brazilian states. Some of the daily activities were: posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google ads operation, communication across teams and website improvements.

AIESEC in Blumenau
Who are these guys?
AIESEC is a global platform for leadership development; independent, educational, non-profit and totally formed and managed by young people from 18 to 30 years. In Blumenau, SC, the organization started its history in 2012.
Where I have been trough: I started as a member of the Recruitment and Talent Management team and became director of this area.
What I have done here: I was responsible for the recruitment of new members, as well as integrating and training the volunteers of the office. I was also in charge of mood organization surveys.
